One of a Kind Chef - Petrous Moldovan



Petrous Moldovan is not the average chef. He was able to learn exquisite culinary skills growing up in France. Petrous Moldovan attended culinary school with his twin brother Brice Moldovan at the young age of 13. Growing up in a small village in France, Petrous Moldovan helped his parents with operating their brasserie restaurant in his early years. Working at the brasserie restaurant gave Petrous Moldovan a solid foundation on which he was able to build the rest of his career.

As a chef, Petrous Moldovan is required to be very meticulous about the food he prepares. Too many restaurants these days send food out of the kitchen that is not prepared to acceptable standards. Restaurants might send out a burger that has been cooked medium rare when the customer ordered a well done burger. Mistakes like these are unacceptable to Petrous Moldovan. Taking care of customers and preparing food that is held to the highest of standards is something that Petrous Moldovan truly enjoys. Petrous Moldovan always knew that he wanted to be a professional chef. Petrous Moldovan achieved his dream of becoming a chef and is extremely successful today.

Customers travel from all over to have food that has been proudly prepared by chef Petrous Moldovan. Although he is not the head chef, Petrous Moldovan still has a lot of responsibility in the kitchen. As the sous-chef, Petrous Moldovan is the second in command in the kitchen. So while Petrous Moldovan has to take commands from the head chef, everyone else in the kitchen must listen to Petrous Moldovan. Petrous Moldovan is very proud of all of his accomplishments as a sous-chef. Petrous Moldovan plans to continue to work extremely hard and fulfill all of his duties as a renowned sous-chef.
